Love the sofa, and at first, I really hated the wait. In the end, the wait was worth it. I just wish communication was better with accurate tracking updates. For many, taking the leap to purchase without actually seeing and touching is a big deal. While the price is great, it is a big expense for most of us, not knowing when it will arrive causes angst. It is worth 5 stars for the sofa, and 2 for customer care and communication. The quality of the sofa is extremely exceptional. It is gorgeous. Better than imagined. Looks beautiful in our new home.

We are so far really happy with our Chill out sofa. Extremely good quality and the leather is so soft and beautiful. We ended up getting the charcoal gray one. With plush back cushions and loose seat cushions, this sofa will hug you from every angle. I absolutely recommend it!

I had had my eye on this baby for over 2 years. Pulled the trigger and couldn’t be happier. It’s beautiful and very qualitative, and the color is lovely and very comfortable - firm enough to be supportive and soft enough to be comfortable and cozy. The leather does get marked up (as may be mentioned in other reviews), but I bought the leather for the patina. Delivery was easy and it came incredibly well packaged. Just had to screw on the legs and link the sectionals together (drop and lift hooks in). Would purchase from Morgan Rey again!

I was a little apprehensive to order something from the sight unseen, but I bit the bullet and did it. Between the time of order, it took about 2 weeks to receive the sofa. The shipping company came right when they said they would. The shippers were very nice and put the sofa in my garage. Sofa was packed very well. Unloading the box, I was blown away. The couch is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. The natural beauty of the leather is just incredible. The couch seems very well made. Very nice stitching and that leather smell fill the room. The seating area is fairly firm which I love and that is why I purchased a new couch. My old couch was one that you sink into. The sofa dimensions are perfect for me. I can comfortably sit upright and it’s such a comfortable napping couch. Highly recommended. I’ll be getting another Chill-out chair as soon as I can.

I wish I could give it a million stars! Absolutely beautiful! Sturdy, durable, easy to keep clean, and very comfortable. Customer service was outstanding—one cushion came with a very small scratch and they replaced it quickly. I was so nervous to buy online, especially such a huge purchase (first new couch EVER). But Morgan Rey's company made me not regret doing so!

I was very leery of ordering online at first because I have two dogs and didn't want fake leather. When I got the leather samples, I tested them with a screwdriver and spilled a bunch of stuff on them, then used a leather conditioner to see how they would look afterward. It was great. So I ordered the couch and am so pleased with my choice.Its natural variations, wrinkles, and creases are part of the unique characteristics of the faux leather and fabric, giving it a relaxed look over time. The packaging was simple but effective. Not a scratch on the leather, which feels high quality, but has that new car smell. The legs look great, and all of the stitching is perfect. I was pleasantly surprised, as it was softer than expected from other reviews. The bolster pillows are VERY soft, so it can definitely be a napping couch. The two pieces hook together so they can't slide apart. The legs are inboard of the couch enough that they can be pushed flush against the wall even though I have a quarter-round. The only negative is that none of the cushions have velcro to hold them in place. I'll check back in after my dogs have had some time on it. Awesome, awesome buy!

Leather can stain if you get liquids on it. I still like it though… legs are sturdy for a couch potato like me. It's beautiful and elegant and my wife loves it.

Love LOVE Love this sofa! ( Chill out Sofa) It is stunningly beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice. My 1st time ordering a sofa I never sat on... but one of my best friends ordered their Chill out sofa & it was elegant so I gave it a try! 

I love the classic blue look but wanted a white color & this sofa checked off all the boxes. 

Ordering was so easy. They delivered sooner than expected. Assembly was simple (screw on the legs). You don’t have to hassle about price or be pressured to buy a warranty and all the other stuff you get at a furniture store.

We got it a month ago and it has held up really well to light/moderate use. The Chill out leather is really nice; my husband is a leather worker and he approved of it. The dimensions are just right — it’s perfect for 6 people to sit very comfortably, and the back height hits in just the right place. I would definitely recommend it!

I got this earlier and just installed it in my space. The fit and finish is very nice. Leather is very soft and supple. Couch seats are deeper than expected, which is a huge plus, as I enjoy cuddling with my girlfriend. 

Come in a huge cardboard box. Legs were inside the couch (stand the couch up and unzip the bottom to get the box with the legs). Legs came with screws and hex key. Screws were nice and solid. Not the puny ones I have seen before.

Overall, I'm very happy with the couch. Shopping with Morgan Rey is the only way to go!
