Do you charge sales tax?
We strictly collect sales tax where we are required to by law. Therefore any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.
Do you have a showroom or brick-and-mortar location?
At the moment, we don't have any showrooms. As a result, we are able to offer the great pricing available at your disposal since we do not have any showrooms or salespeople.
Can your products be used outdoors?
Unfortunately, the majority of our items are suggested for indoor use except when specifically mentioned in the item’s description or "Details" tab. If by any chance you’re going to use any item such as chairs outdoors, it’s highly advised that you do not leave them uncovered in the elements, and when done bring them inside or cover them to extend their lifespan.
Will you send someone to help with the assembly and installation?
Clear instructions are included with each item sold on our website. In case you need further assistance with furniture assembly, there exists a wide range of product pages that have video guides on how to effectively gather your item. In the case of lighting installation, we always recommend making use of an electrician’s expertise to mount your fixture. With either furniture assembly or mounting installation, we too suggest using a service like taskrabbit.com to get some additional help! Furthermore, be notified that light assembly during delivery is available to purchase at checkout for a few of our furniture items.
Do you price match with other retail websites?
Regretfully, we do not price match with other retail websites. Different online retailers buy Morgan Rey brand items and sell them directly, more or less the same way they’d buy a particular brand of shoe factory direct and resell them to customers. This makes it possible for retailers to dictate their own pricing rules to our products, such as making use of different shipping methods, while we don't charge for shipping.
Can I purchase extra/spare parts?
The majority of our items come as closed kits, and at the moment, we can't make the kit components available for individual sale. Nevertheless, always reach out should you need something and we will check to confirm if we have what you need.
Are your products commercial grade?
Unless otherwise stated, all of our products are specifically designed for residential use, and commercial use will invalidate the manufacturer's warranty. For any products that are tested to official commercial grade, this will be clearly indicated as such in the "Features" tab on the product page. Whereas most items are not commercial grade, they are still equally stress-tested to commercial standards. This stress testing is how we resolve the weight limits for our items.

Where does full grain leather come from?
Full grain leather is obtained from the layer of skin just beneath the hair and is made from the outermost layer of the hide an indication that it is more durable since the structure of the fibers is much more tightly interlinked.
How long does full grain last?
Full grain leather is highly durable and typically lasts 5 times longer than fabric. With the right care, and dependent on usage, full grain leather can last decades.
How does one waterproof full grain leather?
Leather is a penetrable material and can therefore never be 100% waterproof. It is highly recommended that you oil your full grain leather as this assists with waterproofing. the Otter Wax Leather Salve or the Otter Wax Leather Oil we’ve listed under ‘Cleaning Tips andTricks’does the job perfectly fine. Both products will help enhance your leather and give it some resiliency over time, but as with any new leather care product, you should always test a small amount of the product on an inconspicuous area of the leather product first to make sure you’re satisfied with the finish and color. (Some protectants can negatively affect the natural color of leather). These will create a hindrance over the leather. If your leather does get wet, never place it next to a radiator or attempt to dry it with a hair dryer as this will dry out the leather.
What type of leather is best for homes with pets?
We advise you to use any of our semi-aniline-dyed leather pieces. Semi-aniline leather is more pet-friendly, kid-friendly, and greatly applicable for high-traffic areas because the dyeing process—while still showing the natural markings of the full-grain hide—entails a protective topcoat that is simpler to clean, generally more durable and resistant to wear and tear.
It should be made clear that no leather is 100% claw-proof! Tearing can still happen based on the pressure, force, and frequency of the scratching/clawing.
Why does it look like there are water drop stains on my brand-new leather item?
Wonderful question! Full-grain hides are deliberately left untreated to demonstrate the organic, lived-in imperfections of the animal’s skin—the ‘water drop’ stains you’re seeing on the hide are likely natural skin discolorations from things like warts, insect bites, and freckles. This is also the reason why your item—and every leather item we make—is a unique, and one-of-a-kind piece.
